Happy (almost) weekend!! :) Let's start off with something sweet.
I usually prefer to make chocolate chip cookies, but I didn't have the ingredients, and didn't want to go to the store; so sugar cookies were born. These cookies are so good, that even though I forgot to cover them, they were still moist, soft, and chewy the next morning. Perfect!

I'd really like to make ice cream sandwiches sometime, since it's been so hot lately. Unfortunately, our freezer is just a little too warm (even when set all the way cold) for ice cream to stay solid enough for sandwiches. Maybe I'll attempt it soon anyways.
